Tahir signs partner agreement with NTS Retail

Tahir has recently signed a partnership agreement with NTS Retail to support them in the effective implementation of retail systems within the MEA region.

NTS Retail provides tailored retail and merchandise management solutions for CSPs that help increase retail performance and improve in-store experience.

Telecom brands across the world use NTS Retail solutions to:

  • manage and monitor their retail and goods fulfilment processes
  • harmonize their distribution channels (own shops, partner stores, distributors, digital channels)
  • increase the quality of service and sales efficiency at the point of sale

Having conducted numerous successful retail projects for Telecoms since 1997, NTS Retail today counts more than 30,000 deployed POS installations in 20 countries, serving 200 million subscribers.

NTS Retail portfolio of products includes the innovative:-

NTS vShelf

A virtual and interactive digital signage tool that enables CSPs to overcome the limitations of traditional store design and bring their product range closer to their customers – 24/7, anywhere, at anytime even in limited spaces away from their regular locations or directly at their retail store, even outside of general opening hours.

NTS Pocketstore

Using the pocketstore consumers can compare products, create wish lists, consume rich media content, and buy products and devices immediately.

NTS Touchstore

Improving customer experience, information availability, and customer – staff interactions the Touchstore provides next-gen guided selling tools specifically designed for telco sales processes. Installed as a large format touch table or as a mobile sales tool for staff on the trade floor, this interactive multi-touch assistant enables sales agents to present the complexity of products, services and pricing in a clear and concise way. Acting as in-store CRM sales-front, it helps sales agents in providing personalized consulting while guiding customers to the best sales decision.

Stuart Turner-Cummins (Managing Partner – Tahir) said “We are very pleased to have partnered with NTS Retail. Having complimentary skill sets this partnership allows us both to more effectively deliver a better level of customer engagement and improved profitability for MNO’s within the retail stores that we deliver.”

Welcome to our new tahirme.com website

Whilst everyone else was enjoying seasonal vacations and the New Year celebrations we have been working hard to give our website a well deserved refresh. Feel free to have a look around and let us know what you think of it. You can use the comments field at the bottom of this post to give us feedback and anything constructive is always welcome by the team here.

We’ve improved the homepage to provide a better snapshot of what we do, we have also improved the gallery so we can showcase some of our design projects. Its not so visually appealing to show pictures of consulting projects so we will introduce this “Post” section that you are experiencing now to highlight case studies and provide updates going forward. Finally we have also made it responsive so it works nicely on all devices as that is where most of us review these sites nowadays.

If you have any business specific related questions then do not hesitate to contact us on [email protected] or give the office a call.
